For coaches and trainers

The transfer phase
is where the work really is.

Your clients leave the session, or the seminar, with real insights — and lose them in everyday life. Not because your work was too weak, but because between two appointments, and after the last day, no one asks about them any more.

That is where DeepAnchor supports you: it keeps present the vision you worked out together, it reliably reminds them of their resolve, it makes visible what is changing — and it brings you back into the conversation at the decisive points. Not instead of you: between your appointments and after the seminar.

How you can support your clients in everyday life

In your own separate area you can place whatever carries your clients between appointments and after the seminar. None of it is required — these are three possibilities, and you can use or leave each one.

Insights

You can pass on prompts towards insight, general for a group or personal for one person. They are taken up in their own words.

Anchors

You can prepare anchors — the intentions from your work, ready for everyday life, with trigger, rhythm and reminder.

Your material

You can place your own meditations, audio, texts, videos and documents. Without you this area stays empty — it holds only what you put into it.

Contact with your clients — where it counts

Development happens at the transitions: when an entry becomes an insight, and the insight becomes an anchor. At exactly those points your client can bring you in.

One shared field

The sentence takes shape in one field you both write in. Two separate fields would have produced two truths — and in the end one sentence counts.

Only they can finish it

Your suggestion arrives as an editable draft, never as a finished sentence. A borrowed sentence wouldn’t be theirs — and that is precisely what would be lost.

The same thread, one turn deeper

A conversation doesn’t end with the insight: at the next transition the same thread can be continued. That is the difference between advice and support.

And you don’t read their journal. You see the sentence you are working on together, and before a session what the other person shares with you for it — not the journal behind it.

For the next session. Before an appointment, the other person can share a package with you: selected entries, insights and anchors from a period they choose. Nothing is preselected. You can read it for thirty days while you are supporting them; they can see whether you have read it and can withdraw it at any time.

And you are not on call. A conversation is started by the other person, not by the app. You answer when you have time — asynchronously, at your own pace. No chat that rings.

And you can offer it as a service of its own

The transfer phase becomes a bookable part of what you offer: not “two days of seminar”, but two days and three months of support afterwards. An appointment becomes a stretch of road — and a closing session becomes a reason to talk again.

Your price, your decision

What you charge for the support is up to you. The seat costs you €59 net a year or €35 for six months. Everything above that is your work.

A difference in your offer

“What happens after the seminar?” is the question offers are compared on. You have an answer to it that you can show.

Without ongoing effort

The reminders, the structure and the everyday side run without you. Your time is only needed at the transitions — and those come when the other person opens one.

How you start

The console costs nothing. No licence fee, no base fee, no minimum — your console, your groups, your content and the guides are included. What you pay for is the seat per person — and, if you deliver a lot of material, the storage for it.

  1. We set up your area, and you get a coach code. Your clients download the app from the store and redeem the code — from then on your content applies.
  2. One client or a whole group in test mode. To begin with, we set up a time-limited test mode — for you and your people. We agree the length with you.
  3. After that, one seat per person. Whether you cover the seat or the person pays is your decision — one by one. If you cover it, you choose the length: six months for €35 or twelve months for €59, net plus VAT. Six months exists only here — a transfer phase after a seminar rarely lasts a year. The seat has the scope of DeepAnchor, with one difference: the AI coach stays shut. The conversations are with you, and nobody counts those. It does not renew by itself; we remind you fourteen days before it ends.
  4. Storage for your material. What you deliver — meditations, images, documents — sits in your library and counts there, not against the client. The start is free: 2 GB. If you need more, you buy it: 5 GB for €29, 10 GB for €49 or 25 GB for €99, net for twelve months. What your client uploads counts against their own storage — they buy more of that in the app, not you for them.

Good to know

  • After the seat ends, the person keeps using DeepAnchor as before for another 30 days; then they carry on in DeepAnchor Free.
  • A seat is not transferable.
  • Prepared anchors reach only clients who install the app anew, for now.
  • DeepAnchor is available for the iPhone only, for now.

What the console looks like

Two views from your area — with sample data, no real people.

The coach console, Clients view: search, group filter and an “only without seat” switch, then one row per person with name, email, group and seat end date; the details open on a click.
ClientsAssign a group, extend a seat, block if needed.
The coach console, Billing view: four tiles at the top with running seats, purchases, storage and the next seat end, then one entry per client with the seat, its term and the amount.
BillingThe bottom line: the amount per person that goes on your invoice.

Who this is for

For coaches, trainers and consultants whose subject is personal development: leadership, communication, conflict, mindfulness, self-leadership. One-to-one coaching just as much as groups — there is no minimum size. Not for technical and product training.

The method works best when a coach conveys it and the app then carries it through everyday life — that isn’t flattery, it is the most honest statement we can make about it.
