Support
When something doesn’t work
One address, a person who reads it. No form, no queue, no number you have to register for first.
How to reach us
Write to support@deepanchor.app. We read every message. We don’t promise a response time — we’re a small team, and we’d rather promise nothing than break a promise.
What helps us help you
- Which device — iPhone or Android, and which version if you have it to hand.
- What you did and what happened next. One sentence is enough: “I tried to save an anchor and the app closed.”
- When it was — roughly is fine. For sign-in and purchase matters it helps us find the right place in the log.
- A screenshot, if there was a message on screen.
But don’t send us what your journal says
We can’t read your entries, and we don’t want to. A technical problem never needs them — what you did is enough, not what you wrote. How the encryption works →
Most of it is already here
New phone
You sign in with your email address and your password — your entries are then back. If no device is signed in and the password is gone, we can’t open them either. More on this →
Cancelling
You cancel a subscription where you bought it: in the App Store or on Google Play. We can’t do it from here — the store holds the contract, not us. Questions about pricing →
Taking everything with you, or deleting it
Both are in the app under Settings and happen without asking us — you need no email and no permission. They don’t depend on a payment either.
Without the app, deletion works too: deepanchor.app/delete/ — enter your address, click the confirmation link.
Refunds
A refund goes through the store you bought from; only it can issue one. If something goes wrong there, write to us anyway — then we’ll tell you what we can see from our side.
If you’re taking part through a coach
Then anything to do with content is your coach’s: their insights, their material, the theme you are working within. They gave you the access and they know your work — we don’t.
For anything technical you are in the right place here: signing in, changing device, a message that won’t go away. Your coach can’t help with that, and you don’t need to ask them.
