The app
Minutes a day,
regularly
You open the app when a reminder arrives, answer twice and put the phone down. Everything else happens in everyday life.
Your anchors
Your vision as a card, with the anchors that feed into it below. You set the rhythm — fixed times or times that change daily, so the anchor stays a prompt instead of going unnoticed. It’s up to you when an anchor is done: after a few weeks the app asks how far along it is, and again every few weeks after that. If it carries you on its own, it can move to your collection “What carries me today”. There it stops reminding you, and you can bring it back at any time.
Your journal
Write freely — or along questions that lead out of rumination rather than into it. With mood, feelings, voice note and photo. On the iPhone, a voice note can be turned into text — the iPhone does the conversion itself, so the recording does not leave it for that.
When it boils over
Three guided exercises for calming yourself, available at any time — two through the body, one through how you look at it.
The check-in
Two answers, one moment: anchored and lived or re-anchored. The method has no “half lived” — the streak counts looking, not succeeding.
A letter to yourself
You write to yourself and set the day it arrives. Until then the text disappears from the app — so you read it without having quietly adjusted it in hindsight.
Someone to think with
Your coach, if you have one — otherwise the AI coach, which is recognisably a machine and asks a question instead of giving an answer. If you’d rather not, you choose “without it for now” at first launch.

What else is in there
Reminders at changing times
Fixed times — or a window in which the times change daily. That is meant to keep them from turning into background noise. The reminder for an anchor names its title; whether it shows on the lock screen is up to you, in your phone’s settings. Letters and the weekly review arrive without any content.
Your streak and the waymarks
Every waymark carries a sentence that is only true at that point — and it belongs to the single anchor, not to one overall figure. No score: if a day slips, not everything falls apart.
Letters to your later self
Sealed until the day you set yourself. No re-reading, no quiet adjusting.
Notes you can find again
A notebook of your own in the Resources area: keywords from a book, a thought to read later. Every note gets a heading — and bullet lists, as in the journal.
Export and deletion
Take everything with you or delete everything, without questions asked — and without it depending on a payment.
Two languages, your view
German and English, switchable. Dark is the default view, light is there too — or the app matches your device. Even the drawing of the layers is labelled, not burnt in.
Everything encrypted
Journal, notes, anchors, check-ins, letters and files: end-to-end. The key stays on your device. How that works →

Which devices
The app is currently being submitted to the App Store. For Android shortly.
For iPhone in the App Store. For Android shortly.
For iPhone in the App Store, for Android on Google Play.
An account belongs to one device: one person, one device, one key. You can switch at any time, but not use two devices in parallel.
